TRAA a 501 (c)(6) nonprofit trade association representing the entire U.S towing and recovery industry. As such, the association relies on the financial support of its membership to do the expensive and time-consuming work of representing the industry’s interests on Capitol Hill and beyond. This includes promoting positive legislation, opposing negative legislation, and educating Members of Congress on our industry. What happens in Washington D.C. directly impacts your business and your bottom-line.
 

We do this essential work on behalf of every towing and recovery company across the country. Should you see the value in this work and feel compelled to financially support these efforts, TRAA gladly accepts additional donations of any amount. We accept donations to the following funds:
 
  • Lobbyist Support Fund: Donations to the Lobbyist Support Fund go directly towards the costs of TRAA’s federal lobbying team. 
  • Legal Action Fund: Donations to the Legal Action Fund go directly towards legal expenses associated with defending or advocating for the industry.

We act as the "voice of America's towing industry" by offering representation, education, and leadership at the federal level. Much of our focus is on representing the interests of the towing and recovery industry on Capitol Hill including promoting positive legislation and opposing potentially negative legislation. TRAA is the industry's watchdog on Capitol Hill!
