Legal Action Fund

Want to support TRAA’s legislative activities? The Legal Action Fund is a general fund whose donations are used towards legal expenses associated with defending or advocating for the nation's towing and recovery industry. 
 
  • LEGAL: defense will protect and challenge difficult issues to secure the future of the towing industry.
  • ACTION: will advocate, and encourage towers to speak up, be heard and become the supporting voice of the towing community.
  • FUND: with donations to establish a strong defense and raise awareness to an important cause.
We also accept donations to our Lobbyist Support Fund which go directly towards the costs associated with TRAA's federal lobbying team.

Who We Are

TRAA is the national association representing the U.S. towing and recovery industry. We act as the "voice of America's towing industry" by offering representation, education, and leadership at the federal level. Much of our focus is on representing the interests of the towing and recovery industry on Capitol Hill including promoting positive legislation and opposing potentially negative legislation. TRAA is the industry's watchdog on Capitol Hill!
